Parking lot is located between 34th and 35th Streets South, east of S. Seneca St.
The proceeds from the races will benefit the athletics programs at South High. We hold the One Mile Quick Run/Walk in memory of South teacher Jim Quick for his contributions to South High Athletics.
Both events will be chip timed.
Participants in the 10K or both races will receive a tank made of moisture-transfer technical fabric. Participants in the Quick Run/Walk will receive a T-shirt.

Male and female age group awards: 14 and Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
Medals will also be awarded to the first 200 finishers in the 10K.
Athletes MUST be present at the awards ceremony to be eligible to receive any prize money.
Prize money will NOT be given out on race day in case of the unlikely occurrence of a challenge to the results or of an athlete. Money will be mailed out on July 18, 2016 and any challenges must be received by trevord@goracetiming.com prior to July 17, 2016.

Male and female age group awards: 8 and Under, 9-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Medals will also be awarded to the first 150 finishers in the One Mile Quick Run.
