Biz Dash 5K

Produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission, the 2nd Annual Biz Dash 5K looks to build off the incredible momentum of the inangural year. 2016 saw 120 St. Louis-area companies represented and included 2,000 participants. Come be a part of “,St. Louis' Biggest Office Party”, as we highlight our beautiful downtown with a scenic 5K route starting at 6:30 p.m. You can be a lunchroom legend in your office by beating that rival company across town. Or this may even be your opportunity to show the boss who’s really in charge by crossing the finish line first. All levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate for their “Company Team.” If your business isn’t participating, you can still register as an individual and enjoy this one-of-a-kind event. Participants will receive cool event swag, complimentary drink tickets and access to the Tailgate Party.

At the Biz Dash, you can promote health and wellness in the workplace while building team camaraderie –, or just use it as an excuse to head outside for a fun night with friends and colleagues. Come join us for this memorable evening of friendly competition and networking.
