HealthWave 5K &, Fun Run

HealthWave 5K &, Fun Run sponsored by Carolinas HealthCare System Stanly.

Wellness matters to Carolinas HealthCare System.  This 5K and Fun Run is designed to encourage individuals to embrace their own health and wellness and work towards becoming healthier through physical activity.

Online Registration will remain open until Wednesday, October 8. All race participants registered by September 23, 2016 will recieve a HealthWave t-shirt.  Those registering after this deadline will recieve a shirt while supplies last.

Schedule of Events

Early Packet Pickup: Thursday, Oct. 6, 4:30pm –, 6:30pm and Friday, Oct. 7, 10am –, 2pm at CHS Stanly's Special Events Lobby. (entrance at corner of Second Street and Hawthorne)

Race Day Activities

Registration opens at 7 am under tent in vistor parking lot next to main entrance and Yadkin Street.

Stretching with PT: 7:30 am

Fun Run Start Time: 7:45 am

5K Start Time: 8:15 am
