Yo Ho Ho and a Bottle of Run 5K

The annual Beaufort Pirate Invasion is held on the second weekend of August each year. A 5K fun run is held as a fundraiser on August 13th, 2016. Registration begins at 7 am and the race begins at 8 am.
The Yo, Ho, Ho race begins with a cannon blast and Pirates cheer you on as you run, walk, or swagger down the scenic Beaufort waterfront! Prizes will be awarded to the race winners as well as for the best pirate costumes- individuals and crews. Strollers and runner assisted wheelchairs are welcome. A “,blast”, of an event for all ages.
