Dakota Matz 5k Challenge

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

2nd ANNUAL DAKOTA MATZ 5K FITNESS CHALLENGE DETAILS:
Join us Saturday July 30th for the 2nd Annual Dakota Matz 5k Fitness Challenge and walk, a 5k with a twist.  If you’re up for a full-body challenge this is the race for you. 15% of the net proceeds will benefit Friends of  MRC.

WHEN &, WHERE:
Saturday July 30th at 8:00 am
Dillon State Park (Beach Entrance)

RACE COURSE:
The course consists mostly of trails throughout the woods and wetlands surrounding the beach.  The challenge requires completion of three stations throughout the duration of the race. Stations will include push-ups, burpees and a sand suicide.

AWARDS:
Awards will be issued to the top three finishers in each category:
14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Walkers or individuals who do not complete the three stations will not be eligible for awards.

RACE RESULTS:
Results will be published on our website at www.muskingummultisports.com

RACE PACKETS &, FINISHLINE PERKS:
Your race packet will include a race-shirt with the official race logo, finish line food and beverage.
All participants registered by July 15th are guaranteed a race day T-shirt.

Early Packet Pick Up &, Race Day Registration:
Early packet pick-up is available on Friday July 29th from 5-6:30pm at the Muskingum Recreation Center (1425 Newark Rd. Zanesville, OH 43701). Race day registration and packet pick-up will be at the Dillon State Park Beach located near the shelter house behind the tennis court starting at 6:30 am.

2) Print or Pick up a registration form at MRC then drop-off or mail the entry form to:

3) Register on race day or pick up your race packet starting at 6:30 am.
   *Early Packet pick-up is available Friday July 29th at the Muskingum Recreation Center
   (1425 Newark Rd. Zanesville, OH 43701) July 29th from 5-6:30 pm.

ENTRY FEES:
Through July 15th- $25
From July 16th to race day- $30
15% of net proceeds will go to Friends of MRC
