Sternwheeler Days 5K/10K

the running event starts at the park in Cascade Locks, Oregon, near where the Sternwheeler is parked. The start/finish and registration is just west of the museum off of SW Portage Rd.
The cost this year is only $2.00 dollars for non-members and free for CGRC members.
Both the 5k and 10k start at the same spot at the same time and goes out of the park and out under the Bridge of the Gods then onto a paved trail that runs out toward Eagle creek. The 10k turn around is just a little before the fish hatchery at Eagle creek and then back to the start, we are hoping to have a table with water at the 10k turn-around. It is a beautiful path and should be a fun event.
The parade staging/gathering spot is at the Charburger parking lot before 11:00 so walkers may have to be careful through that area around that time. Parade starts at 11:00 and there are many vendors set up in the park for after run enjoyment. Parking is available in the park or up near the school, but remember there will be a short parade so if a quick exit is necessary keep this in mind. or call (509) 427-7119
