4j High Schools/Food for Lane County Spring Fling 5k!

Come support Food for Lane County at the Spring Fling 5k race, sponsored by 4j Student Governments! All proceeds support Food for Lane County. The race takes place in Alton Baker Park, just off of Country Club road.

Course: The course is flat and fast, running through Pre's trail and the nearby bike paths. The race starts and finishs at Alton Baker Park.

Fees: 19 and up-$15, 18 and under/60 and over-$8

Registration: Online registration will be hosted at runsignup.com. Additionally, race day registration will run from 9:00-10:45am at the start. Day of registration carries an additional $5 fee.

Payment: All fees for both online and day of registrants will be due at bib pick up. We CANNOT accept online payement. We accept cash and checks, made out to South Eugene High School.

Packet pickup: Online registrants can pick up their bibs at the start on race day.

Parking: After taking Country Club road, turning onto Day Island road into the park, you will find parking availble near the start of the race.

Donations: Participants are encouraged to bring food items to donate to FFLC.This is a list of some suggestions for donations.

Timing: The race will be hand-timed, and results will be availble on runsignup.com (link will be emailed to registrants shortly after the race)

Awards: Top men's and women's finishers in each of the following age groups will receive prizes: under 14, 14-18, 19-39, 40-65, 65+
