Bear Creek 5K/10K

A family friendly event benefiting Vernonia Cares Food Bank –, a 10K Run/5K Run/5K Kids Run(ages 6 –, 9),/5K Walk and Kids Fun Run (ages 5 and under). Our 10K route takes you on the path from Anderson Park north to California Ave, up Bridge Street to Vernonia Lake, around the lake once and then back to Anderson Park on a trail, then through Anderson park, running on the Linear Trail (along Highway 47 South towards Highway 26) and doubling back to end at Anderson Park. The 5K Run/5K Kids Run and 5K Walk follows the path from Anderson Park north to California Ave, up Bridge Street to Vernonia Lake, around the lake once and then back to Anderson Park via a non-paved trail.

The 10K and 5K events begin at 9:00am, with registration/ packet pick up 7:45am.
