Margaret Ross PTA 5K &, 1 Mile Walk

JOIN US for the 5th Annual Margaret Ross Elementary PTA 5k and 1 Mile Family Fun Walk

May 20th, 2017

Check-in and Walk Up Registration begins at 8:00am, Race begins at 9:00am
Whether you are an avid runner or a beginner, this hometown race is the just event for you!  The 3.1 mile course loops you through Hopewell Twp, beginning at Margaret Ross Elementary, past Hopewell High School, Hopewell Jr. High, the Hopewell Twp Municipal Building, and right back around to the finish line at Margaret Ross!! 

Awards will be given to overall winners in addition to age group winners.  Refreshments, fruit and bagels will be provided after the race. 

Timing services will be provided by Miles of Smiles.  Register for the 5K by Sunday April 23, 2017 to guarantee a free race t-shirt!  Registrations received after 4/23 will get a t-shirt based on availability only. 

 

Cost:

5K Registration through 4/23/17 –, $20, After 4/23/17 –, $25

5K Registration for Students 17 and under –, $15

1M Individual Walk –, $10, NOTE –, t-shirts not included and can be purchased for $5 each if registered by 4/23/17

1M Family Fun Team Walk –, $25 for a family team (3-5 walkers per team), NOTE –, t-shirts not included and can be purchased at $5 each if registered by 4/23/17

Online Registration will close at 11:59PM on Sunday 5/16/2017.  Walk up Registrations will be accepted the day of the race beginning at 8:15AM.  Walk up Registration will be $25.

 

The Margaret Ross PTA supports the programs provided to the children of Margaret Ross Elementary School. Last year alone the PTA was able to help purchase computer equipment, books, supplies and equipment for the physical education classes. We thank those who have supported us in the past as well as our newest supporters!  We hope that you will join us for this wonderful event!
