INSTEP4LIFE 5K SAN ANTONIO 2015

We invite you to join Seventh-day Adventists from around the world on July 5, 2015 for a fun 5K run/walk as thousands gather in San Antonio for a General Session.

Join us to raise awareness about childhood obesity and encourage people from all ages to be healthy and live a more active lifestyle. Donations are being accepted to develop resources for raising more awareness and reducing childhood obesity in North America through the Adventists InStep for Life initiative.

Join us in San Antonio for a 5K Fun run in the beautiful San Antonio River Walk.

SCHEDULE:

5:00-6:00AM: Packet pick up

6:00-7:00AM: 5K Fun Run/Walk

7:00-7:30AM: Awards

9:00-12:00PM: Health Expo and 2015 Health Book Distribution (for non-delegates only as a Comprehensive Health Ministry outreach).

Online Pre-registration is required as there is limited availability for runners.

Registration deadline is May 31, 2015.

First, second and third place will be awarded to males and females in the age categories below:
