Good afternoon.
What's better to drink after training, isotonic drinks or BCAA?

Good afternoon.
Isotonic drinks replenish energy losses and minerals you lost during training.
Essential amino acids (BCAAs) prevent protein catabolism.
So, you can choose a proper drink depending on a type of training. Amino acids can be used in case of speed and strength training (interval training, circuit training, hill running).
And you can prefer isotonic drinks in case of training at high temperatures or long cross country run.
My daughter is 15 years old. She does skiing but they run a lot in trainings in summer.
Does she need to use isotonic drinks on training sessions? If so, which ones? What should I pay attention to?
