Good afternoon.
When I run, my leg moves along an arc-shape trajectory and my knees sometimes rub together.
Is that OK? How could I change it?

Good afternoon.
If peculiarities of your running technique doesn't cause an injury, at first glance it's normal.
But frankly speaking, such mistakes of running technique should be corrected for another reason. If your knees rub together sometimes, in either case you lose a speed.
The problem will be solved if you find and do running-specific exercises aimed at a correction of this mistake.
Good afternoon.
Why do I feel calf pain every time when I run but the pain disappears after running-specific exercises?
Good afternoon.
Could you tell me how to protect knees properly while running (sometimes, my knees hurt after running).
I see many runners wearing knee pads, do knee pads help?
Good day.
I'd like to know could I use running as a weight loss tool? I'm 182 sm tall and my weight is 98 kg but my goal weight is 80 kg.
There is belief, for instance, that weight loss is not good for power exercises as muscles grow slowly in case of lack of calories even if you eat enough protein.
FYI: I started running two years ago but I'm running slowly, this may be due to my weight. I run 10 km in 1:05 or within an hour sometimes.
Tendon injury, ligaments injury or ligament tension?
I trained on a conrete (25 km twice or three times a week) and after that I felt knee pain and my legs became numb from knees to feet. I felt a dragging pain in a week. It's been three months since then but the knee pain doesn't go away provided that there were no sharp pain, tumours, bruise, X-ray was clear. I'd taken a course of anti-inflammatory pills (glucosamin, collagen and chondroitin in complex).
What can it be?
I’ve heard that a fast run for long distances is harmful for heart. Is it true? What running speed is good for health and doesn’t harm?
