Friends of Jordan Run &, Walk

2015 will be the 3rd annual Friends of Jordan Run &, Walk. This event offers a 400m kids' run, a 3K, a 5K, and a 10K. In 2013, we sponsored Jordan Janeway, a nine-month old who passed away from Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID), a disease that causes the body to be unable to produce the cells necessary to support an immune system. With the help of 183 participants, $4,444 was donated to the Janeway family. In 2014, we sponsored Dalton Reno, a two-year old living with SCID. Thanks to 135 participants, we were able to give $5,000 to the Renos. This year, we will be selecting another family to receive the emotional and financial benefits of the Friends of Jordan Run &, Walk. Registration is open now and will close on October 7.
