Run with LOVE

Run With Love is a 5K Run or Walk/1Mile Walk to raise awareness and support for the nearly 1200 students in Clackamas County who are at risk for, or are homeless. We will hear from a school representative of the unique needs and struggles of families in our County. The event will also be an opportunity to bring awareness to Lace Up With Love – a County wide new shoe collection and distribution project for students. The collection will take place over the summer through September 30th with distribution throughout county sites in October.

We are inviting churches, organizations and local businesses to partner in this project of service. We are pleased to announce that Nike has provided a shoe donation to launch our collection. Please consider partnering with us:

• Bringing a Team of at least 10 participants (Runners/Walkers/Sponsors) to Run With Love
• Collecting shoes for Lace Up With Love
• Providing a distribution site in your local school district

Through events like Run With Love, compassionate communities can come together to be informed on the struggles of families living in our neighborhoods while providing practical opportunities to care and support them.
