OLM Run for Mercy

To assist those registering with larger families, there is a 125$ max registration fee per family. A family is defined as those who are both related and living at the same address.

Registration fees for both the 5K and the 1 Mile include a long sleeve t-shirt. All those registered by 2/18/2015 will be guaranteed to a receive a t-shirt. The shirts will be available prior to race day. Those registering after this date will receive a t-shirt while quantities are available. Requested sizes can not be guaranteed.

By completing this form, you are agreeing to the details listed in the race WAIVER below.

Waiver and Release: I, the undersigned (over age 18 or acting as guardian of minor participant) intending to be legally bound, do hereby waive and release all rights, claims, demands, and/or causes against Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School, and all other race sponsors for any personal injury which I might sustain during the race, immediately known to me or hereafter discovered and for any and all other damages to losses which I might incur now or in the future arising from or out of my participation in this race, and on my travel to and from this race. I verify that I am physically fit and have trained sufficiently. Permission is granted to use my photograph and name for any and all purposes.
