Brandy Springs Park&#39,s 'Old Fashioned 5k' - Presented By IXL Rehab, Exercise, &, Wellness Center

Event Description:

Old Fashioned 5K: This point to point 5K course will start at the Mercer Elementary Schoool (301 Lamor Rd., Mercer, PA 16137) and finish at Brandy Springs Park.  The course is rolling with a long, fun down hill grade from mile 1.5-2.5.  There is 1 water station on the course. We invite all runners, walkers, and kids to join the fun! All participants will receive a event shirt, post race refreshments, and the awesome feeling of being huge supporter of the park!

Stick around and have some fun post race at our Old Fashioned Awards Ceremony (We are still figureing out what exactly that means, but it's sure to be fun!)

Bib Pick up / Race Day Registration: Starting at 7:00am –,  Race morning pre-registered participants can pick up their bib and event shirt at the Race start located at Mercer Elementary School.  Race Day Registraion is available for $25.00 (shirt not guaranteed).

Awards Ceremony/ Post Race: Post race refreshment (Water, Gatorade, Snacks) will be available. Stick around for our Awards Ceremonies! 

Top 3 overall Male/Female, and top 3 in each Age group (11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 25-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+)

Parking/Transportation:
5K participants will have the following options:  Get dropped off at the start and picked up at the Brandy Springs, Park at the start and get shuttled back from the finish (free of charge), or add a mile to your day and enjoy a walk/jog between the 2 locations.

For the safety of our Participants, Access into and out of Brandy Springs Park will be limited during the event.
