Good afternoon.

I liked a marathon distance (my specialization) because during training for it I could eat almost everything in any quantity)))

There are some rules and recommendations, though. They concern the food that can cause digestion problems (heartburn and colicky pain) mainly during training. Therefore, you should try to avoid eating fatty, fried and spicy food before training. Your diet should always include complex carbohydrates (cereal food).

I'd like to warn you against a sudden change of your diet. This can lead to unpredictable consequences. It would be more correct just to set accents.

As for such a sports nutrition as dietary supplements I think their intake is reasonable due to the intensive loads on your body during training for a marathon. But the quantity of supplements taken and their nature should be within reasonable limits. But it's another topic of discussion.
