Oleg Sergeevich, good afternoon.
I do kickboxing training three times a week but on other days I run 5 km (seldom 10 km).
My legs below the knee hurt badly, the bone aches and I feel muscle tingling. I don't want to give up training, what do you recommend to do for recovery?
Is it important to run taking into account a heart rate or is it not dangerous to run at a high pulse?
How to "feed" my knees in order not to feel discomfort after a long-term running? Usually, I drink BAAs (glucosamine and chondroitin) but the effect lasts 1-2 months only.
There have been cases of death in the course of races recently, so, my question is the following. Can it be that you run, feel good and die suddenly due to running?
Or you always understand you are bad in advance and can fall out of the race in time?
