Good afternoon.
My legs feel heavy after 10 km running and it becomes harder and harder for me to continue running. In the result I literally drag my feet at the end of a half-marathon distance, what to do?

Good afternoon.
I don't know all circumstances at which your legs feel heavy during the race mentioned above but I will venture to suggest it may be because you run the first half of the distance at too high pace and in the result you get the negative effect described above.
Try to spread your energy evenly along the distance and I'm sure not only your sensations during running but the final results will be better and higher than when use your approach.
Good day.
I'd like to know could I use running as a weight loss tool? I'm 182 sm tall and my weight is 98 kg but my goal weight is 80 kg.
There is belief, for instance, that weight loss is not good for power exercises as muscles grow slowly in case of lack of calories even if you eat enough protein.
FYI: I started running two years ago but I'm running slowly, this may be due to my weight. I run 10 km in 1:05 or within an hour sometimes.
Good afternoon.
Tell me, please, can I run more than 10 kilometers with flat feet?
Good afternoon.
I took part in half marathon in a fasted state. Is it ok?
Oleg Sergeevich, good afternoon.
I do kickboxing training three times a week but on other days I run 5 km (seldom 10 km).
My legs below the knee hurt badly, the bone aches and I feel muscle tingling. I don't want to give up training, what do you recommend to do for recovery?
Thank you!
