Is it effective to run the same distance (10 km, for instance) every time at the same speed or should I increase the intensity of training? My goal is to lose weight and stay healthy.

Good afternoon,
In terms of energy consumption the duration of running is important. Too short runs don't help you to burn fats as metabolism of fats starts when the glycogen stores are depleted but it takes some time.
If we consider your case and 10 km running these goals are easy to achieve. So, if you don't want to increase your running distance, don't do it. It's more important to keep stable training frequency (but at least 2 trainings a week). In this case, I think, the goals you set - to lose weight and stay healthy - will almost certainly be achieved.
Good day.
I'd like to know could I use running as a weight loss tool? I'm 182 sm tall and my weight is 98 kg but my goal weight is 80 kg.
There is belief, for instance, that weight loss is not good for power exercises as muscles grow slowly in case of lack of calories even if you eat enough protein.
FYI: I started running two years ago but I'm running slowly, this may be due to my weight. I run 10 km in 1:05 or within an hour sometimes.
Good afternoon.
My legs feel heavy after 10 km running and it becomes harder and harder for me to continue running. In the result I literally drag my feet at the end of a half-marathon distance, what to do?
Oleg Sergeevich, good afternoon.
I do kickboxing training three times a week but on other days I run 5 km (seldom 10 km).
My legs below the knee hurt badly, the bone aches and I feel muscle tingling. I don't want to give up training, what do you recommend to do for recovery?
Thank you!
Good afternoon.
Tell me, please, can I run more than 10 kilometers with flat feet?
