Good day,
I mainly engage in street workout. How to add running to my training program properly and achieve balance between street workout and running trainings?

Greetings!
Street workout is a good way to improve your general physical preparedness (GPP). As a rule, this kind of activity isn’t associated with an intensive cardio (unless it goes into CrossFit), so a combination of running and workout can be done very seamlessly.
I would recommend you to run every second day and do your routine street workout on days without running. The alternation of strength and cardio exercises is good for body. In this case (I mean moderate amount and intensity of training) a recovery process proceeds better than in passive rest.
Good afternoon.
Thanks.
Good afternoon.
I have the following question: how many days are required to recover after a marathon?
How long is it recommended not to train if you're an amatuer?
Good afternoon.
I want to ask two questions.
I train according to the 80/20 rule and have a plan which I follow to do 5 trainings a week.
What to do in these cases: follow the training plan at any cost, replace scheduled training by short recovery run or give my body a rest?
Good afternoon,
I want to run my first ultra (70K race). What the longest distance should I run during training for it and what time before the race?
I think it can be 50 km distance a month before the race.
What is your opinion?
Good evening. Now I go in for fitness, play tennis and also swim in the pool. I have never practiced running before.
I am interested to try running 5 km. Do I need any special training? Where should i begin?
Thank you.
